As with all our hats, the 'Bali' visor is made completely in-house, by Karen herself and her small team, here at Cockpit Arts in London. We do hold a small amount of stock, however most hats are made to order.

We aim to send out within 5 days of receiving your order (achieved in 90% of cases) - you will receive an email notification when the item is despatched.

There are, very occasionally, times when it is necessary to allow up to 21 days - in such cases we will notify you within 48 hours of your order. See below for our delivery methods and charges.

Composition

100% paper straw with cotton petersham ribbon edge, supplied with Karen Henriksen branded cotton case for storing.

Care instructions  

This visor can be cleaned using wet wipes or similar.

Delivery

Estimated time to despatch - 5 working days. You will receive an email notification when the item is sent.

  • Rest of Europe - Royal Mail or Courier | £10 | Approx 5-10 days

  • Rest of the world - Royal Mail or Courier | £20 | Approx 7-14 days

  • Please note that you will be responsible for international duties and local taxes where applicable.

  • A note for our EU customers: our hats are made completely in the UK and so remain duty-free. However, they will be subject to Import VAT, and in some cases a small admin fee - the amount will vary for each country. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please do get in touch.

In a hurry?

If you have an important deadline in mind for receiving the hat(s), please email us giving details of the product you wish to purchase and when you’d like to receive it. We will of course always try our best to accommodate such requests! There is also an opportunity for you to attach comments to your order during the checkout process. 

For urgent overseas orders, we can provide a quote for express courier delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are of course happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt, with the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We ask that you return the hat to us within 14 days. Refunds are made within 48 hours of our receipt of the hat. In the case of a size exchange, we will send you an alternative size with no extra delivery charge.
